"I was extremely satisfied with the services of Mr. Allen L. Johnson, my Sales & Leasing Consultant, who was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and detail-oriented when servicing my needs. He always asked if I desired a cold or hot drink at the onset of my visits. He was well versed about the product he was selling when explaining numerous facets of the automobile through demonstrations. I met many of the staff people working at this dealership, who were all cordial, helpful and had smiles on their faces, which is evidence that they enjoy working at Miller Nissan, as you cannot be effective if you do not believe in the product you are selling. I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to staff that will service the car, and was given a business card, should I have questions. Mr. Johnson also shared that rides are available to your requested destination, once you drop the vehicle for service, which makes it very convenient to do so on the way to work, and not having to ask someone else to pick you up. During our tour, I was impressed with the "child friendly center" that had various activities for customers' children to keep them occupied while their parents were being served by their Consultant. This offering shows a true concern for the total family. The facility was immaculate, including the lady's rest room, which I had the occasion to use. I also met the Manager, who welcomed me and offered assistance for any questions or concerns I might have. The Financial Manager was very meticulous in explaining all of the paperwork that had to be processed, and explained available options for additional available warranty coverage, which was helpful when making decisions. Mr. Johnson is the penultimate of what a Sales Consultant should be. He was very personable and accommodating; he even came in on his official day off so I could pick up the car the very next day, and for that I am truly grateful. I look forward to working with him again when the current lease runs out, as I am very pleased with the performance of the vehicle; it is a pleasure to drive in such comfort.
