From the time my daughter and I enter the lot. We were immediately approached by Stephanie Martillo. Told her I was just looking and not with the intention of purchasing that day. Just wanted to see what my options was. Before I knew it I was walking away purchasing a brand new car. I originally was interested in the Pathfinder but approved for the Rogue Select which my goal is give the Rogue Select to youngest daughter then purchase the suv I'm more wanting. Stephanie was sincere in helping me purchasing a car with my trade. I never felt pressured in making a decision. I walked away being educated and happy with my decision. My daughter was excited knowing the plan is to give her the Rogue Select going into her junior year of college where she will need a car.
Brought my car in for service. Before leaving took a look at the Murano in the lot. I had been considering changing to a SUV for while. Jose came out and greeted us. He was very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He worked with us to come to the agreeable terms for the purchase of the vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone. Good Job!
We have leased our second Nissan with Eric and we are again extremely happy with our choice. The staff is great and Eric made it easy and for us, he got us exactly what we wanted in a professional and friendly way at the same time. It was a great deal.
On Saturday night on my way home from the mall I stopped in to Miller Nissan with my fiancé and three boys. The only reason I wanted to stop was to see if they can all fit in the back of the 2016 maxima with enough room. Anyone with kids knows that a car dealer is not the place for them. WRONG... All The employers there were amazing with our boys. Looked at the car with them. Then started talking price and before I knew it the sale rep Ivan took our boys in the tv room and had them under great hands. I had been a Bruce Bennett Customer for 7+years. I knew Saturday night that was going to change. The customer support and welcoming that Miller Nissan gives is just above and beyond. Within an hour and a half on Saturday night I knew I was leaving there not only getting a new car but also tickets to go see the sound Tigers Sunday night.(that still 4 days later have our boys talking about the car dealer how cool they are for tix) When it came time on Monday to do all the finalizing of the paperwork I feel that Kerri went way above her job to make sure she helped me out. I know that if I had to walk in the door or pick up the phone for any problems with my Nissan they will be right there to help. My family feels a part of the Miller family and all its employers. If anybody is undecided about a Nissan dealer definitely go to Miller Nissan you won't regret walking in the door.
Today i went to Miller Nissan in Fairfield dealership with a plan to drive away with the car of my dreams and guess what they made it happen. They bought me lunch treated as if I was part of there family. The whole dealership even the owner was working for me to get what I wanted. Eric Crespo and his partner in training made my day a pleasant time. John, Jeff and many more employees were there for me, checking on me while I waited and I drove away with a MURANO 2015************
Wow, what great service. I've taken my car there in the past for regular work, but when I got back from the city the other day and got in my car at the train station, my seat belt jammed and wouldn't open. I swung by Miller, hoping it wasn't going to take all day or cost a fortune. John and the guys in the service department took it apart and fixed it super quick and at no charge! What a great dealership.
I came in for service and worked with Eligio in the service department. He was an amazing help and I got my car back in no time. I started looking out on the lot and wanted to look for a car for my wife. We were introduced to Jose that took us around the lot. We were going to settle for a car that may not of been a good choice for us. Jose gave us some other choices that made more sense to us and ALTIMA...ly set our eyes on a beautiful 2013 Altima. Jose showed us everything about this car, and his passion for Nissan really showed as he talked about the features of the car. When we got into the car to drive off he showed us the navigation that already had our home address inputed. The experience was friendly and welcoming, I will only being working with Miller Nissan for now on.

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle here at Miller Nissan. I decided to come back because my first experience was great and I loved the car I first got. I enjoy coming here specifically for the great customer service. Everyone here is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Currently working in customer service, it is the number one thing I look for. And I was very pleased with the customer service here at Miller Nissan. I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant Jose Llanos. He was able to find a car that fit me perfectly and worked well with the budget I had. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I felt comfortable with my purchase because I genuinely felt he was looking out for my best interest. Overall great experience! And I will continue to come here and recommend to anyone I know is looking for a car!

I purchased my Sentra from Miller Nissan three years ago. I spoke with .Mr. Pugh after hours and shared with him that my car would not start on two occasions six days apart. He told me that we needed to bring the car in and get it looked at but I shared with him that I live in West Haven and work in Stratford and couldn't get the car to them. So the next day he sent someone out to pick up the car to bring to the dealership, and when the car had been checked out thoroughly, the service department delivered it back to me with a smile, courteous and professional. I feel that the dealership went above and beyond great customer care and satisfaction. Many dealerships claim to give you customer satisfaction after the sales but at Miller Nissan, they stand behind that motto.
