I want to share with you how great my dealings with Miller's service department was. It was seem less! Super clean, very professional, polite and respectful. I was on time and so were they...everything was handled smoothly and, I have to say, the manager Mirwais made me feel important and valued...imagine that! I left feeling relaxed and went on with my day. Great job! Great team! Thank you.
I was looking to trade in my Acura for a 2 door sports car. I came across a beautiful brand new 370z at Paul Miller's Nissan in CT. It was about an hour away from the Bronx but Chris Molnar was very informative and straightforward with the vehicle numbers according to my credit report; this made me confident to take the commute. Upon arrival I was greeted by sales associate Eric Crespo, who was extremely friendly and carried himself well. It felt like a family like environment, I was not pressured nor was I forced to meet their terms in order to walk away with a new vehicle. Eric was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle as well as the best route to go based in my financial eligibility. (Finance, lease, down payment, etc) This is my fourth new car purchased in the last eight years and Paul Miller's Nissan is by far the best dealership experience so far. Thank you Eric and Chris for making me ride in style and not emptying out my pockets! Vrooooom!!!!

The last four years my family and I have bought all of our vehicales new and used throught Miller Nissan. Mainly because, out of every dealership Ive ever serviced my vehicles at Millers team is the most thorough. The entire service team gets an A+ in my book. The sevice manger Mirwas has taken time out his day to shake my had and ask me if Im satifed with his service. Buying a car is not an easy thing. We have purchased our last two vehicles from Miller Nissan and now our third. We worked with Sal who was great . He was very helpful. We had been looking for a Nissan Frontier for about a month and a half, and found THE one at Miller. Sal was not one of those salesmen that you felt would say just anything to get your business. He was very professional and listened to what we wanted, and was able to get it for us. Our last two purchases from Miller were through a gentleman named Brian ( I don't think he's there anymore ) which is why we went back for this third time. This time working with Sal, and the last two times with Brian would definitely make us use Miller again, and refer friends and family. Thank you both very much for making something not so easy into a very comfortable experience !!
I purchased my first nissan at miller Nissan and was surprised with the outcome! Not only did I get An amazing deal, but the salesman Sal was absolutely amazing and was very knowledgeable. Everyone else was so great. They had exactly what I wanted and everything was very quick and easy. I'm happy with my new car! I highly recommend miller Nissan. Get millerized!
my mother loves here 2008 Nissan Rogue, and the thought of having to trade it in or get rid of it was a tough one for her. She started to have some bad noises from the transmission, as well as the car would slow down and lose power after a long trip. One trip to Miller and Bet and the rest of the service team where able to Diag the car and swap out the tranny all in a few days. The level of service was amazing even better than what I have received at some Audi dealers for my S4. I would recommend Miller Nissan to anyone in the southern CT area.
I have leased many cars over the years but have never had the experience that I had a Miller Nissan. I believe that starts from the top...Ken Pugh is amazing...I can't say enough about him personally and how he runs his shop. I think a lot more dealerships should have a Ken Pugh on their team.

Late on a Thursday, I went to the dealership with no experience in driving a Nisson of any description!!! I was courteously greeted by a manager who looked to his sales people and a young woman came forward with a big smile and said she would be happy to help me!!! I wanted to drive a Nisson Sentra and an Altima...that's all I expected to do...but the warmth and courtesy with which I was treated by Stefanie Martillo was so encouraging and confidence building that I knew I couldn't be in better hands!!! She was forthright and clear in her answers...and in offering me reasons "why a Nisson"...and I knew that I would want to do business with her...if I liked the car...That was even easier...I loved driving both...decided on the Altima....and am twice as happy as the day I picked it up!! Stefanie's courtesy extended well beyond her dealings and big smile....she introduced me to the new car sales Manager, Omar Hamed, and to the Finance Manager, Mac Tawadros and to the Service Advisor, John Pomianowski!! I am confident that I have a team of people who will answer any needs I have along the next three years with this wonderful car....and I highly recommend the dealership...and especially Stefanie!!! In 60 years of buying and driving cars, Stefanie....you are the very first Sales and Leasing Consultant I ever considered doing business with on the day I first arrived!!!! Well done!!!
