The overall experience was exactly as I have come to expect from Miller Nissan; Courteous, friendly and an absolute great value. I got the car that I wanted at a price I could afford.
Just leased a '13 Altima, had a great experience. Was in an out in 1/2 a day with the new car which they bumped up the delivery of to meet my schedule. Salesperson was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the finance manager was forthcoming and courteous. All in all a great experience.
Excellent experience overall. Bob Parisi was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, but not pushy. Honest and available. When he was out, the manager (maybe Paul Miller but not sure) stepped in. Very pleasant experience. Your people also were in touch with our insurance company so all the paperwork was done on time and correctly. Mary Williams was the business manager who handled the closing and she was professional, competent, and easy to deal with.
Only complaints were how much paperwork was involved, but that is likely something out of your control.
Really like the service agreement, free oil change(s), full tank of gas, etc.
Car is attractive, sporty, and handles really well.
Would definitely do business with this dealership again and recommend them to others.

I am writting this review for anyone considering buying a car from Miller Nissan in Fairfield, CT. I recently bought a used car from this dealership and feel that they provided professional service and excellent customer care. My experience started with their Internet Sales Department and I was contacted by a friendly Paul Lasek in a timelt fashon. He accepted my internet offer and arranged for a visit and test drive. Paul greeted me at the door and directed me to Allen Johnson in the sales department but stayed close to see that everything was taken care of correctly. Mr. Johnson and I hammered out the transparent details of the transaction and I was off and in the car in record time. Anyone considering buying a car from this dealership needs to know that Mr. Allen Johnson maintains a high standand of professional excellence and it appears that the same standard must start from the top down. Sales person was friendly and informative. Other sales person came over to answer questions while our salesman was taking care of business inside the showroom. Everyone was competent, friendly and well informed. Our one point of misunderstanding was settled in my favor. I am pleased with the car and the dealership as well as Mr Colon's service.
